ABOUT US
The Folsom Garden Club is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization welcoming anyone interested in our objectives. The mission of our Club is to educate and foster relationships among people who have a love of horticulture and to promote beautification of the City of Folsom.
The Folsom Garden Club was established in 1934 to promote gardening, landscaping, and horticulture in Folsom and to bring together those who want to establish goals for this purpose. Speakers at monthly meetings and occasional field trips help to educate members about gardening.
The club is active in the Sacramento River Valley District of garden clubs and it also supports the state organization, California Garden Clubs, Inc.
May we blossom in friendship
and grow in knowledge

Our business meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM, at the Rotary Club House, Lew Howard Park, 7150 Baldwin Dam Road, Folsom, CA. Most meetings include a speaker, garden question and answer session, book exchange, raffle, Penny Pines collection, and beverages plus snacks. The December and June business meetings include a potluck luncheon.
Dirt Gardener events are usually held on the third Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM, with occasional exceptions, so check the Calendar for specific dates, times, locations, and any restrictions on attendance. There are no business meetings or Dirt Gardener events during the months of July and August.
