Sarah Burson

B.S. Landscape Design & Architecture

– UC Davis – Junior

– 3.714 GPA

– Relied on urban parks to feel connected with nature and escape the chaos of a suburban lifestyle.  Her goal is to design urban parks and gardens and share her love of nature.  Studying influential design principles abroad this summer.

Kyle Schneider

B.S. Environmental Management & Protection

– Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo – Junior

– 3.679 GPA

– The Boy Scouts shaped Kyles respect of the natural environment and gave him confidence to embrace a career in environmental management.

Sheehan Wijesinghe

– B.S. Plant Biology

– UC Davis – Junior

– 3.636 GPA

– 2 years caring for the Huntington Gardens Botanical Conservatory evolved into a passion for plant biology, working there through junior college.   He is now a student employee and research assistant at UC Davis. While one of his “joyous motivations” goals is to return as a curator at huntington Gardens it appears his ultimate career motivation includes far reaching study and application to address many of the worlds issues.
